Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

I offer refunds or exchange within the first 14 days after receiving your purchase if your item is damaged, defective or not as described.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and will be sent to your original method of payment usually within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and/or your credit card company.

If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please get in touch.

Shipping

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When returning items please ensure you retain proof of posting
